Digital experience as the way of retail space design innovation
In 2020, people are more willing to shop online without going out because of the COVID-19. Will those who are used to online shopping return to the traditional shopping after the epidemic is over? Post-epidemic physical retail stores must innovate to counter the onslaught of online shopping. This article will explore how physical stores can use modern technology to innovate in space design. By highlighting the advantages of physical retail and absorbing the technical advantages of online shopping, the traditional retail space will be changed with digital experience. Using technology to create a quality digital experience will become an important way to innovate the design of physical retail stores after the COVID-19.
