Mission
The THESIS INCUBATOR design STUDIO develops its activity within the Polimi Design System, both in the dimension of applied design research, and within the innovative teaching pursued by the School also with actions shared with the world of work. TIS_polimi wishes to promote, already at the end of the Master’s degree course, the knowledge of the complex job market, training and the possible inclusion of young graduate designers.
The THESIS INCUBATOR design STUDIO has an annual duration and is renewed every subsequent AA with different Companies that will make up the #TIS_CLUSTER. Each company operates on average with a team of 3-6 senior year students, guided and coordinated by the staff of teachers and tutors who follow the research-action-project.
The projects are all experimental and innovative in their nature, with a practical fundament, connecting to the business reality and the reference market.
